Account HR Assistant

**Job Descriptions**
1. Assist with accounts receivable activities, including organizing and recording customer payment vouchers.
2. Assist with the monthly closing of accounts and maintenance of appropriate accounting records and filing systems.
3. Liaise with banks, company secretaries, tax agents, external auditors, government agencies, and professional advisers on company-related matters.
4. Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
5. Participate in recruitment efforts.
6. Assist with HR-related documentation and compliance, preparing letters, memos, offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.
7. Assist in organizing company events, such as company dinners, conferences, and training sessions.
8. Undertake any other temporary tasks assigned by management and superiors from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
1.Six working days.
2. Fluent in Mandarin Speaking and Writing.
3. Diploma, Degree in Business Administration, or any relevant fields.
5. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
6. Familiar with SQL accounting & payroll system.
7. Experience in stock market is preferred.
