HR Account Assistant

Full sets of Human Resource and Accounts.
- Familiar with Labor Law and Industrial Relation (HR policies and employee benefits).
- HR function such as salary calculation (Payroll), Staff leave, staff personal record, documentation including submission for KWSP and Socso and etc.
- Handle all HR documentation such as letter of appointment, confirmation, contract renewal, & to ensure all employees files and data are updated accordingly.
- Liaise with auditor and company secretary in ensuring compliance of our company’s taxation and secretarial documents.
- Ensure personal file is always well-organized and maintain up-to-date.
- Drafting of company handbook.
- Handle staff claim.
- Recruitment and handling interview.
- To monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.
- Perform month end closing.
- Prepare audit schedule.
- Handle daily and monthly cash flow reports & updates.
- Familiar with Account & Payroll system.
- Responsible to make sure all document to be kept private and confidential.
- Maintenance of proper filings and financial records.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by Hire Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferrably Malaysian with knowledge in Employment Act
- Those who have experiences in basic knowledge in Accounting will be preferred
- Can be working on Tuesday-Saturday
- Working Hours will be 9am-6pm
