Manager, Advertising Operations

We are now looking for a highly driven and motivated Industry **Manager, Advertising Operations**
**(AdTech), Advertising and Partnerships (APAC)** to join our fast-growing regional headquarters base in
Strategy and Operations vertical, Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) team you'll be the bridge
between business and advertising technology making sure we are providing best-in-class services to
maximize revenue growth.
**Key responsibilities**:
**Planning & documentation**:
- Set up SOP, SLAs and best practices around our product offering and guidelines to support local
country sales teams
- Define and set up escalation process to handle all types of issues around digital campaigns
**Execution and measurement**:
- Set up, traffic and launch digital advertising campaigns for a range of clients across markets
- Track, measure and optimize live campaigns pacing & performance in order to deliver customers
KPIs and ensuring recurring business
- Troubleshoot technical issues, explore solutions and self-services, and escalation to the PRoduct
and Engineering team
- In-charge of campaign performance reporting capabilities and ways to scale self-services and
automation
- Develop and track revenue, billings, realization rates accurately
- Coordinate closely with sales team, account managers, product and engineering team to ensure
issues are handled in a timely manner via Slack and Jira ticketing system
**Analysis**:
- Analyze supply inventory, data, and campaigns performance and make recommendation through
costs-profits projection for product improvement, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
**Leadership**:
- Lead a team of 2-4 team members ensuring their growth and development.
- Design and set up a framework to drive clear objectives and deliverables from the team.
- Participate and contribute to the Advertising & Partnerships team's growth and research projects.
**Key requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics,
Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience
- 3-4 years of working experience in the online advertising technology space. Preferably on the
programmatic/ad-tech buy-side (e.g. agency, trading desk, DSP company)
- High attention to detail, and good organizational skills, with an understanding of optimization
levers, troubleshooting & testing approaches across different digital campaign objectives
- Good understanding of online trackers, Javascripts, HTML and their usage
- Strong SQL language knowledge and visual presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset to analyze raw data, draw insights and develop actionable
recommendations
- Able to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
- Passionate and excited about advertising technologies
- Comfortable working against timelines and multiple projects
- Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments would be an advantage.
- Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
- Stakeholder management (Internal and external) is critical to be successful in this role
