**Who are LRQA?**

LRQA stands for dedication to clients, market firsts, and deep expertise in risk management. We’ve grown to become a leading global assurance provider, bringing together outstanding expertise in certification, customised assurance, cybersecurity, inspection and training.

While we’re proud of our heritage, it’s who we are today that really matters, because that’s what shapes who we and our clients can become tomorrow. By staying true to our shared values and combining decades of collective experience, we support our clients in building a safer and more sustainable future.

LRQA currently operates across 50 countries, has more than 2,500 colleagues, generates £315m in revenue, and supports more than 60,000 clients across a diverse range of sectors and markets.

**Role Purpose**

World Wide Inspections (WWI) is a service offering towards Asset owners and EPC's to perform activities related to obtaining assurance on components and equipment during new constructions. WWI services are a way of mitigating quality risks within a global supply chain of capital expenditure (capex) assets. The inspection coordinator centre provides subcontracted inspector resources to deliver 2nd party vendor inspections for clients around the globe.

We currently have a central team of technical and non technical coordinators who source and provide Inspectors for our global projects, check completion of reporting requirements and act as primary interface into LRQA for payment/resolution of any difficulties the subcontractors face.

We’re looking to expand the team with additional Worldwide Inspection Recruiter/Coordinators based within the three regions of our business (UK, Spain, Malaysia). As a recruiter, you’ll work with the project teams to identify skill sets and competencies required for the upcoming projects, ensure that selected subcontractors are of a high quality and have the necessary skill sets that the client accepts, and manage the relationship.

You will be leading negotiation with either agencies or inspectors and secure contracts allowing LRQA to be well placed in terms of competency, pricing, payment terms and risks coverage.

Using the tools and network of experts that you will build; you will also support and help local operations to identify new experts to feed their funnel of potential future employees and experts.

**Job Responsibilities/Requirements**
- Ensure the project teams/responsible stakeholders are aware of the process and systems usage
- Seek regular input from project teams/stakeholders to ensure talent pipelining of the relevant competencies/skill sets to reduce time to provide a qualified sub contractor to the client
- Proactively source and attract sub contractors and/or employees to work for LRQA - liaise with Sales, Marketing and the business to ensure adverts are on brand and making use of any referral processes
- Ensure sub-contractors are assessed for technical and behavioural competency to meet the needs of the project
- Reduce the reliance on third party agencies, by increasing the direct hires.
- Ensure our sub-contractors have a great experience with LRQA so that we continue to grow our sub con community
- Adhere to internal processes and policies e.g. GDPR, ABC
- Identify and roll out opportunities to strengthen the LRQA brand where appropriate
- Stay up to date on relevant legislative changes that might impact on the processes e.g. IR35 in the UK
- Effectively negotiate, issue and manage contracts with 3rd party suppliers and independent inspectors to ensure the best rate for LRQA to service our Client’s needs and safeguard the project margin.

**Technical / Professional Requirements**
- A degree or equivalent from an organisation recognised by LRQA or significant experience on the job in a global organisation.
- Strong background in contractor recruitment and contracting

- Proficiency in MS office is essential.
- Negotiation skills and willingness to negotiate.
- Local/Regional Requirements (in addition to those above):
