- recruiting, training and supervising staff
- promoting and marketing the business, including developing ways to attract new customers
- maintaining statistical and financial records
- overseeing F&B and kitchen operation, planning for consistencies
- planning maintenance work, events and room bookings
- liaising with maintenance and other specialist contractors
- meeting guests and responding to complaints and queries
- handling customer complaints and queries
- ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
- **Job Requirements:

- SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/Degree in tourism and hotel management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 year of relevant work experience (Hotel Manager)
- Competent in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cameron Highlands: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
