Overview:
As a Grocer Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a grocery outlet. Your role involves managing staff, ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of grocery retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
- Delegate tasks and ensure that employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with suppliers to order products and manage deliveries effectively.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses due to spoilage, theft, or expiration.
- **Customer Service**:

- Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring excellent service standards are upheld.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience and increase customer loyalty.
- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to drive sales.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the store premises.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Arrange for repairs and maintenance of equipment and facilities as needed.
- **Financial Management**:

- Prepare and manage budgets, including expenses and revenue projections.
- Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions to ensure profitability.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance for management review.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Make recommendations for strategic decisions based on insights gained from analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in grocery retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sound knowledge of retail operations, including sales techniques, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
