**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Product Launch Strategy**: Develop and execute strategic plans for the successful launch of our commercial household products, including product positioning, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional campaigns.

**2. Key Account Management**: Identify, prioritize, and establish relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, to secure distribution partnerships and drive product visibility and availability in the market.

**3. Promotional Activities**: Plan and execute targeted promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and product demonstrations to generate interest, increase brand awareness, and stimulate demand for our commercial household products among key accounts and consumers.

**4. Sales Generation**: Drive sales growth by proactively identifying opportunities, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and closing deals with key accounts to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

**5. Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights, and leverage findings to refine sales strategies and positioning of commercial products.

**7. Sales Forecasting**: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop accurate sales forecasts, inventory plans, and pricing strategies based on market demand and customer feedback.

**8. Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, and profitability of commercial products across key accounts, and take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets and optimize sales performance.

**9. Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies, prioritize initiatives, and leverage resources effectively to support the promotion and sales of commercial products.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or minimum Diploma in related field.

2. Proven experience in key account management or sales roles within the FMCG industry, with a focus on promoting and launching commercial household products to key accounts.

3. Deep understanding of FMCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, with the ability to leverage insights to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

4. Exceptional sales acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to influence key stakeholders to drive sales opportunities and close deals successfully.

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

6. Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and maximizing profitability for the organization.

7. Analytical mindset, with proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance tracking to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales performance.

8. Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.
