Position : Customer Service

Location : Bangsar

Salary range : RM2,500 - RM 3,500

Working hours : Monday, Wednesday & Friday (10am - 7pm)

Tuesday & Thursday (10am - 8pm)

Saturday (10am - 3pm)

**Key responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively on customers enquiries
- People management
- Support related events
- Perform warehouse duties (receiving and inspection of goods into warehouse and stock take) if needed
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management office if needed
- Perform any duties as assigned by the Manager

**Results expected**:

- Process walk in orders
- Resolve complaints
- Research and resolve problems with Wellness Advocate orders promptly and courteously
- Respond to member concerns in a professional manner
- Ad-hoc reporting or projects as needed

**Requirements**:

- Team player, enthusiastic, out-going, people oriented, good communication and phone skills
- Ability to work independently
- Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure
- Willingness to learn
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)

**Qualifications/experience**:

- Good command of English and Chinese language abilities: reading, writing, and speaking.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
