Admin Assistant

1) To assist your superior with regards to Sport & Recreation/Golf modus operandi.
2) To assist the planning, implementation and management of the Club's Sport & Recreational/Golf activities and facilities.
3) To assist in initiating regular Sport & Recreational/Golf activities for members of the Club in particular and all categories of staff in general.
4) To assist in preparing event orders/checklist/ program and other relevant documents for all Sport & Recreational/Golf activities of the Club including staff activities.
5) To assist S&R Coordinator to organize, implement and assist to seek sponsorship for Club's official golf, tennis, basketball, squash, snooker, gym, swimming, karaoke tournaments and festive occasions.
6) To assist and attend to all matters regarding golf activities such as reviews, updates, attend to queries on handicaps, organize golf tournament, ensure smooth play in the golf course at all times, monitors' tee-off and slow play.
8) Upload scores to National Handicap system.
9) Official club event photographer.
10) Handling of all Golfers insurance matter.
11) To arrange the reciprocal & affiliated club on golf matters.
12) Assisting the Membership documentation.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
