Admin Assistant

Manage monthly bill with vendors, compile invoices, and do summary report for payment processing.
- Arrange office schedule maintenance, ie aircon servicing, pest control, water dispenser, carpet cleaning, fire extinguisher & etc.
- Responsible for East Malaysia office and outlet maintenance, including sourcing for reparation quotations and monitor the maintenance progress.
- Assist superior in any procurement request including sourcing for quotations and follow-up on delivery.
- Monitor office stationery and pantry supplies, reordering when necessary.
- Provide support on accomodation and transportation arrangement as and when necessary.
- Assist in asset tagging and perform yearly Fixed Asset Count.
- Perform any other administrative task assigned by superior.
**REQUIREMENT**
- Individuals with multiple skill sets are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills, written as well as verbal
- Willing to learn, hardworking, self-disciplined, able to complete task within timeline given
- Able to work in a team and work independently
- Computer literate (able to handle Microsoft Word, Excel, etc)
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
