**✨ 5 working days per week & no night shift**

**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Salesforce CRM System

a. Patient registration
b. Patient record data entry/update
c. Appointment booking/scheduling
d. Check in/out patient
- 2. Salesforce POS System

a. Issuing of receipts
b. Stock updates/data-entry
c. Reporting updates/data-entry
- 3. Attend to patients’ administrative needs/requests/follow-ups
- 4. Manage patient complaints
- 5. Sales transactions ie. cashier
- 6. Daily settlement & reconciliation of sales
- 7. Stock management - stationeries, drugs, office needs
- 8. Filing system management - patient files & other general admin files
- 9. Preparation of patient files for next day appointment
- 10. Statistics and Reports
- 11. Arrangement for dispatch/collection
- 12. Liaise with suppliers/vendors/contractors
- 13. Other general office administration

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
