**Job Description**:
**Training Administration**
- Responsible for day-to-day administration of learning & development activities
- Responsible for the training processes i.e. registration, attending to routine inquiries regarding courses and schedules, payment and etc.
- Responsible for preparation of HRDF documents processes and submission
- Responsible for training services i.e. audio visuals equipment, refreshment, logistic & etc.
- Preparation of appropriate forms i.e. training nomination form, training evaluation form, attendance list, correspondence, memorandum & etc.
- Preparation of reports and statistical data summaries
- Maintaining of employee’s training record & filling
- Updating all training information into the Training Listing form
- Updating the training modules in the HRIS
- Assist in training budget by preparing necessary documents and costing.
**Learning & Development**
- Coordinating development programmes at Plant/ Farm level such as Leadership Development programme, Managerial Development programme, Talent Development programme, coaching programme, mentor-mentee programme, orientation programme and buddy system.
**Employee Engagement**
- Organize employee engagement activities such as family day, annual dinner, sports day, breakfast engagement, quarterly engagement sessions and etc to foster relationships amongst colleagues.
- Suggest the necessary initiatives to continuously strive for a harmonious working environment amongst the employees.
**Foreign Workers**
- Arrange workers for FOMEMA check-up and handle any disciplinary and grievances.
To perform other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Willing to work at Pasir Gudang area.
