- **MARKETING & BUSINESS EXPANSION DIVISION MANAGER**_
- The Marketing & Business Expansion Division Manager is a key leadership role within an organization, responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, driving growth through market research and expansion initiatives, and effectively managing cross-functional teams.
- This role combines expertise in marketing, strategic planning, and innovation, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering measurable results, ultimately playing a crucial part in the success and development of the business.
- The Business Expansion Manager is responsible for maintaining strong professional relationships with Key Accounts by implementing innovative strategies with organizational compliance standards as well as applicable legal requirements for targeted strategic partners.
- This role is also strong to develop strategies and tactical plans (including access plan) to maximize business opportunities and drive key business development initiatives.

- This position is open for dynamic **GENTLEMAN**:

- Min 5-7 years working experience in BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, EXPANSION & LEADERSHIP ROLE
- Min 3-4 years working experience in SALES AND MARKETING as a manager.
- Min 4 years experience as manager and head of department level.
- Strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques with a Proven record of sales growth.
- Must be very good in English (Communication & Writing).
- Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven working experience in Education or services industry
- Experience and have good knowledge in Social media marketing channels such as - FB & TIKTOK.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Expansion of Branches; **Spearhead the planning and execution of opening new company branches or locations, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with local regulations and ensuring they align with the company's standards and goals.
- **Market Analysis; **Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, analyze competitors and industry benchmarks, assess market potential for expansion.
- **Marketing Committee**; Establish and lead a marketing committee responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- **Strategic Planning & Identify Opportunities; **Develop and implement business development strategies and plans Identify potential markets, clients, and partnerships, evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures, explore new product or service offerings.
- **Client Relationship Management; **Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet them, Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- **Committee Leadership; **Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, lead cross-functional committees to align various departments and teams with the company's strategic goals.
- **Social Media Management; **Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for the company's social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
- **Forming of New Departments and Divisions; **Identify opportunities for creating new departments and divisions within the company to support growth and diversification.
- **Communication and Presentation; **Effectively communicate the company's value proposition to potential clients, partners, and investors. Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- **Reporting and Analysis; **analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- **Legal and Compliance; **Ensure all business expansion activities comply with legal requirements, work with legal counsel to draft contracts and agreements and handle any regulatory issues that may arise.

**SKILL**:

- Familiarity with business development strategies and techniques, including market research, relationship building, and proposal development.
- A strong direction of market dynamics, awareness of industry trends, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape are crucial.
- Highly self-motivated and driven by results, with a dedicated focus on attaining targets and propelling business expansion.
