Role Title : Customer Service Professional (MHL_Mandarin_Speaker)
- Work from office mode
- Location : Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral (Easy Access to Public Transport (LRT/KTM, MRT, Monorail, ERL, Bus and E-hailing services)
- Salary Package: BASIC RM 2400+ Language Allowance RM300 + RNR Allowance (Up to RM 400) + up to RM 1000 (Commission)
- Medical & Hospitalization entitlement
- Training is provided (2 Weeks)
- Fully vaccinated applicants only
- Able to start immediately
- Operation Hours : Rotational;
Night Shift (PM)

1PM - 10PM

2PM- 11PM

3PM- 12AM
- Job Description;
*Answer phones professionally

*respond to customer inquiries

*research required information using available resources

*handle and resolve customer complaints

*provide customers with product and service information

*identify and escalate priority issues

*route calls to appropriate resource

*follow up customer calls where necessary

*complete call logs

*complete call reports

*Maintain customer confidentiality

*Cross supporting other queues when necessary

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
