**Responsibilities**
- Prepare employee document such as contract, on-boarding documents, probationary letter, promotion letter, etc.
- Records employee annual leave and sick leave
- Prepare and post job advert
- Handle recruitment activity
- Calculate workers’ wages and overtime claims
- Need to bring foreign worker staff to clinic if needed
- Calculate and issue form for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB Contribution
- Prepare monthly HR report
- Handle foreign worker stuff and monthly checking for foreign worker hostel
**Requirements**:
- Computer literate
- Good attention to details
- Able to communicate in English and Malay
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and good time management
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Full time position, 9am - 6pm,
- 5 days work (Mon - Sat)
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
