**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Creating the Marketing strategy (Go to market/product & pricing) together with the product management team.
- Marketing tactical Plan creation and implementation together with legal and sales representatives
- Channel Management (Mar/Comms Support, channel development, business development)
- Analysis of current partners and recommendations of those not performing well taking into account market potential.
- Establish metrics for performance, track progress, drive improvement plans or channel changes where necessary.
- Monitors / Manages distributor joiner / leaver lists and ensures this is interlocked with IT and HR, etc
- Work closely with regional offices to establish annual goals and to drive accountability to these This involves establishing regular routine of business reviews and monitoring/supporting new business opportunities closely, as well as jointly visiting key distribution customers.
- Monitor Channel Performance & Pipeline Growth via Salesforce to ensure long-term sustainable Track entries, major opportunities, signed deals etc to monitor progress and trends, taking action where required.
- Review performance with clusters/ channels on a quarterly basis, providing detailed reports and metrics to highlight areas of success and/or areas for improvement.
- Interface between RRG, Channel, Finance when there are maintenance contract queries or issues.
- Updates cut dates, software releases and other IB details in remedy IB when a job cuts.
- Develop a rapport with key decision makers within the channel network and manage additions/changes/amendments to partner agreements.
- Create new rules of engagement and track.
- Develop incentive programs.
- Develop training programs in conjunction with the AE's and Marketing teams and act as the "conduit" for product launch.
- Coordinate organization of events (regional events, customer.) with regional office, channel partner and Marketing team
- Manage the partner portal where they find all relevant contractual, product, technical, etc Update on a weekly basis.

**Candidacy Requirements**:

- Master's Degree - Marketing/Business Administration
- 4 years of Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or Channel Partner Relationships experience required.
- Knowledge on the Financial Tech Space
- Highly skilled relationship and rapport building skills to assist and help drive program success.
- Must have high degree of leadership and ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead consensus and alignment and resolve issues across departments (cross
- culturally) and organizations.
- Team oriented spirit and ability to leverage field and corporate resources successfully.
- Bilingual: English speaking; Malay/Mandarin/Cantonese would be appreciated
- Travel required - 20%.
