**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Talent Acquisition, Culture, and Engagement**
- Create a positive employee experience by supporting the People Operations team on areas related to culture and employee engagement including but not limited to the planning / coordination of team meetings, company socials, and engagement initiatives

**Office Management**
- Ensure our office is a conducive and inspiring workspace through innovative problem solving and seamless coordination of office upkeep
- Act as a liaison between our company and external parties / vendors involved in the management of our premises, ensuring smooth operations through effective communication
- Work with the People Ops & Tech team to provide office management/IT related support to employees and ensure our assets / equipment are managed and maintained well

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management/Administration, Administrative Services, Office Management, or related courses
- Previous experience or interest in human resources or office management
- Strong communication skills, confident to engage in discussions using excellent verbal and written skills in English (additional bilingual competencies in regional languages is a plus)
- A detail-oriented person, with strong organization & self-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel etc)
- Knowledge in IT networking & administrative management is an added advantage
- Able to commit to a minimum for three (3) months’ internship
