Service Coordinator

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Taking service inquiry calls from customers or clients and dispatching the suitable customer service associate to address questions
- Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special orders via mail or phone
- Receiving and processing orders, providing information concerning changes, pricing in service, and shipping for spare parts
- Referring complaints of service or product failure or errors to appropriate personnel for investigation
- Communicating solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Manager of customer service
- Maintain service records and update documentation
- Coordinate activities with sales, repair and customer service team
- Required to carry out duties and job functions as may be assigned when the need arises
- The company reserves the right to change responsibilities and duties where circumstances dictate
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field
- Familiar with product knowledge
- Must be computer literate
- Good PR and communication skills
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
