**Job Descriptions:
- **
**- Assist in the coordination of administrative functions**
**- Responsible for office maintenance**
**- Arrange travel and meetings**
**- Coordinate office equipment purchase with project site staff**
**- Maintain office storage records**
**- Supervise staff moving documents from the office to store and disposing of old documents**
**Manage company properties, such as paying utility bills and handing over keys to property agents**
**Job Requirements**:
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
