We're looking for an experienced Retail Manager handle our northern branch (Perak,Penang,Kedah & Perlis)take us to our next phase of growth. Currently 60 branches, we are looking to expand at a faster pace domestically and regionally. In BateriHub, we provide a platform to talents to create and explore their value and talents. **Your Roles**:
**Key responsibilities: -**

Your key responsibilities are divided into the following areas:
- **1. Operations & Business Development FOR SOUTHERN**
- Overseeing the daily operation, ensure running smooth and also sufficient of manpower in all branches.
- Design out all branches SOP, Ensure all staff follow our company policies, and also ensure that all staff are well trained and familiar with all SOP and understand themself Job Description.
- Always ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction level, and keep explore new potential customers vertically and horizontally.
- Ensure the enforcement and implementation of Departmental KPIs with the primary objective to achieve the agreed deliverables by ways of providing guidance and improvisation plans or programmes.
- To maintain adequate supplies of stock level to minimize stock holding while ensuring an uninterruptible supply to carry out the business of the Company.
- To ensure the full utilization of the resources provided, ie approved budget upon proposal from you.
- Develop strategic plans to penetrate new market segments while strengthening the current market and also continuously research & recommend new areas for opening new branches.

**2. Financial Responsibilities**
- To develop annual financial forecast for the Company that are measurable and achievable for new outlets.
- Overseeing the aspect of products and services pricing to ensure profitability while maintaining competitiveness.

**3. Human Resources Responsibilities**
- Increase Management effectiveness by recruiting, selecting and jointly developing effective training programmes for existing and new employees.
- To jointly develop and implement effective staff retention programmes in collaboration with Human Resources Department.
- Maintaining a proper organization chart within your team members depicting clear roles and responsibilities of each of the staff.
- Require to assess the performance of your team members through scheduled or planned Performance Appraisal.

**4. Sales & Marketing**
- Responsible in ensuring that sales and marketing strategies are aligned with the Company’s financial and business objectives.
- Ensure that the activities of sales and marketing are carried out diligently and are within the agreed and approved budget.
- Responsible in ensuring that planned sales targets of each activity are achieved.
- Responsible in reviewing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual sales and marketing targets and activities to the Management.
- Coordinating with Management team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies and plans that focus on revenue achievement.

**5. Reports**
- Facilitate the preparation and analysis of various reports and present to the management.
- Any other task as assigned by the Management.

**Are You Fulfill with**:

- Have either Diploma or Degree in Business/ Management field.
- Have at least 5 years managing a retail outlet or branch operation.
- Good communication skills and language proficiency in BM. Good communication in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Must be willing to travel to all our branches which located in 5 states.
- Self motivated with high level of confidence

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
