About the job

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Talent Acquisition_
- Develop and implement TA strategy and sourcing channels to facilitate fast-growing business and hiring needs across the Company.
- Collaborating with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Manage the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including job postings, employer branding initiatives, career fair, and social media campaigns, to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and community groups to build young talent pipeline in fresh graduates & internship hiring.
- Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and advancements in the field.
- Talent Attraction_
- To support and activate Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and its associated creative platform across all content, career channels, touchpoints internally and externally in a relevant, and brand aligned manner.
- Maintain a deep macro-understanding of recruiting, talent, and marketing trends with a micro-understanding of what motivates multiple talent segments to choose an employer
- Create compelling recruitment marketing campaigns to drive branding exposure and awareness.

About you
- Education: Bachelor Degree in any related field
- Experience (in years): 5+ year of experience in recruitment with proven experience and track record in talent acquisition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment
- Good command of oral and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially with Power Point
- Strong hand-on recruitment skill and experience in employer branding
- Business partnering and service-oriented mindset
- Human acumen & interpersonal skills
- People engagement
