HR/admin/media Intern

**Admin/ Business interns**:
- Assist in student affairs, daily admin duties, and basic account documents compilation (whichever is applicable)
- Liaise with school counsellors for career talk/ education fair schedule
- Participate in secondary career fair (upon request)
- Assist in student & office administration, fee collection, etc
- Other tasks assigned by the management
**Media & Art/ Multimedia interns**:
- To design promotional materials such as leaflets, banner
- Photography, video editing
- Design advert/ notice to be published on the website/ social media
- Editing PowerPoint presentation and marketing kit
- Assist in Coordinate and executing marketing/ social media campaigns and other related activities;
- Updating website content/design
**Marketing Interns**:
- Coordinate and execute business/ marketing plans, propose digital marketing/ social media campaigns and other related activities;
- Coordinating career talks at secondary schools/ colleges/ universities. Participate in career exhibitions, job fairs, talent searches, etc (if applicable).
- Follow-up with potential students & inquiries
- Design a simple leaflet for open day, announcement, workshop etc (applicable for multimedia or design students only)
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Admin/ Mass Communication/ Marketing/ Psychology or relevant
- The skills of editing posters, brochures, videos & etc is an added advantage
- Those with some work experience an added advantage
- Pleasant & Good communication skills
- Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur or Penang
**Job Types**: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: From RM600.00 per month
