Drive Store Presence Excellence through right Planogram, Placement and Communication / POSM. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal functional areas, key customers, trade leaders and organizations, distributors, in order to create positive impact and change to company image and business goals. Analyzes changing customer needs and market trends, understands how the affect the current and future business, and responds proactively to secure long term business performance. Provide market intelligence and feedback. Ensure that each member of the sales team has an understanding of and operates in strict compliance with the Abbott Code of Business Conduct.
