1. Outlet Responsibility a) To ensure outlet SOPs are implemented smoothly and in order b) To maintain outlet's cleanliness and comfort at the highest level (fragrant and music) c) To ensure all electrical and electronic equipment are functioning properly (daily check) d) To be hands-on in solving all problems and set a good role model for all staff e) To be accountable for outlet cash management such as: - daily sales collection are recorded and properly done - petty cash management and be responsible to identify the problem should petty is abused or missing f) To prepare Outlet Operation Report on weekly basis (or as required by the Management) which comprises of problems and solutions at outlet related to: - Maintenance and upkeep - Feedback on therapy skills of masseur and therapists - Feedback on hospitality skills of Front Desk and other complains - Feedback on products and services 2. Sales Responsibility a) To be responsible to hit outlet sales KPI for BOTH product and services (massage package) b) Build strong relationship with customers in order to bring in repeat sales c) To close sales in a professional manner without being too pushy or intrusive d) To closely monitor stock level in outlet and communicate effectively with stockist e) To portray our image as not only a wellness centre but also as a One-Stop health centre with quality health products to offer f) To prepare Outlet Sales Report on weekly basis which comprises of: - Daily and weekly sales comparison - Feedback from customers on testimonial or complains - Analysis of sales pattern and consumer behavior of that area - Suggestion on how to improve sales 3. Commission a) Group commission b) Personal commission (Commission will be revised from time to time) Always comply with the SOP and be honest. Company reserves the right to dispute if it violates the law.
TO CARRY ON THE BUSINESS RELATED TO SPA, REFLEXOLOGY, BEAUTY SPECIALISTS, CHIROPODISTS, MANICURIST, PERFUMERS, PROPRIETORS OF HAIRDRESSING AND HAIR WAVINGS SALONS AND MASSEURS, TO OPEN SHOPS, SALONS AND OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS AND TO MANUFACTURE, BUY, SELL, LET, OR TAKE ON HIRE, REPAIR, CLEAN OR OTHERWISE DEAL IN COSMETICS, SKIN CARE PRODUCTS LIPSTICKS, NAIL VARNISHES, WIGS, HAIR DYES, HAIRDRESSING APPLIANCES, POWDER DREAMS, OINTMENTS, ARTICLES, SOAPS, ESSENTIAL OIL, PERFUMES AND SIMILIAR ARTICLES\ TO CARRY ON THE BUSINESS AS PROPRIETORS OF RESTAURANTS, HOTELS, REFRESHMENT AND TEA ROOMS, CAFES AND MILK AND SNACK BAR, TAVERN, BEER HOUSE AND LODGING HOUSE KEEPERS, LICENSED VIRTUALLERS, WINE, BEER AND SPIRIT MERCHANTS, BREWERS, MALTSTERS, DISTILLERS, IMPORTERS AND MANUFACTURERS OF AERATED, MINERAL AND ARTIFICIAL WATERS AND OTHER DRINKS AND AS CATERERS AND CONTRACTORS IN ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE BRANCHES.\ TO PROMOTE, ESTABLISH AND CARRY ON BUSINESS AS BUYERS, SELLERS, IMPORTERS, EXPORTERS, MANUFACTURERS, DEALERS, BUYING OR SELLING COMMISSION AGENTS AND OTHERWISE DEAL IN GOODS, MERCHANDISE AND ARTICLES OF ALL DESCRIPTION WHICH CAN CONVENIENTLY BE DEALT WITH BY THE COMPANY AND TO BUY, HIRE, MANUFACTURER, PRODUCE, GOODS STORES AND THINGS CAPABLE OF BEING USED IN SUCH BUSINESS AS AFORESAID IN ANY WAY CONNECTION THEREWITH.
