**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office with a focus on Order Processing.

**Document Management**: Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for both digital and physical documents.

**Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including the preparation of materials and taking minutes as needed.

**Office Supplies**: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient work environment.

**Data Entry**: Accurate and timely data entry for various administrative tasks.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain records of expenses, invoices, and other relevant documents.

**Visitor Management**: Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience with the company.

**Ad Hoc Tasks**: Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in an administrative role.
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Admin: 3 years (required)
