**Job description**

You will be undertaking all day to day activities, and ensure the smooth running of the department through making sure all orders are booked, processed, dispatched and invoiced.The job requires a balance of computer skills, first class communication, excellent administration and data entry skills.Your daily duties will include:Building strong working relationships with current and new clients, providing strong support service
Working closely with the Field Sales Team, providing them with accurate information in a timely manner
Inputting and processing orders electronically
Processing orders and credits.
Analysis of customers orders, to ensure returns are kept toa minimum
Reporting on progress of orders and providing informationfor the Managers weekly meetings
Liaising with internal departments to ensure end-to-end sale process
Computer literate, with a sound knowledge of the Microsoft Packages Excel and Word
Excellent data entry skills
Strong and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team and manage your own workload.
Have a flexible approach to workload and time management, ensuring all work is completed and deadlines are met

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
