Role Description

Konica Minolta Malaysia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer - Business Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily business administration and verification workflow tasks as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To assist in carrying out verification processes for checking all submissions of sales-related documents to ensure compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
  2. To monitor and enforce policies set by the Business Administration Department, including change control policies and amendments made after agreement execution.
  3. To process RAS & RTO applications, liaise with leasing companies' contact persons, and follow up with sales teams on outstanding agreements.
  4. To closely monitor the receipt of agreement physical signed copies, scan them into the system, and communicate actively with Finance Department and Contract Management Team.
  5. To compile and update verification reports from time to time for reporting and business analysis.
  6. To perform any other duties or special tasks assigned by the Superior.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Business Studies/Administration/Management or related fields. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of related working experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Additional Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good command of Chinese language is an added advantage.
  • SAP CRM knowledge is also preferred.
  • The ability to handle high volumes of transactions, work proactively, and manage time effectively.
