Job Description:
- Remind HM to enter interview rating in Workday
- Update Service now workflow for all interview stages
- Create the Employment Agreement
- Pre Onboarding Task
- Collections of EPfiles etc.
- Maintain interview schedule tracking file
- Coordinate pre-offer documentation
- New account creation request to CSC
- Collect documents from new hire on 1st day reporting.
- Trigger CSC to proceed the notice-in-lieu payment
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay and learning agility
- Ability to build relationships and effective networks
- At least 1-2 years working experience in a recruitment capacity
- Resilience and Tenacity in managing changes
- Ability to work with all levels
- Experience with different types of recruitment channels in attracting Talents
- Able to commit a minimum of 6 months contract
