**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the internal ASW IT Team. We are an Australian company with headquarters in Sydney and contemporary offices spread across Vietnam, the Philippines, and Malaysia. ASW provides outsourcing and offshore service solutions to build a company with talented professionals. Currently, we are looking for a Junior Onsite Technical Support to provide onsite support to employees, perform the configuration of technology assets, and assist in asset management of IT equipment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with computer installation, operation, system administration and networking configuration.
- Provide end-user support and liaise with employees professionally.
- Provide basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
- Escalate complex problems to the Senior Onsite Staff or Service Desk Manager while coordinating with employees.
- Assist in IT asset management tracking.
- Assist with bulk IT asset deployment or seat transfers.
- Provide updates to the problem request/management tracking system

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**
- Degree in BS/BA in Computer Science/Engineering or Information Technology
- Basic experience in a technical support environment
- Able to identify defined standards, tools, and processes
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail oriented and with a sense of urgency
- Knowledgeable in basic network troubleshooting
- Working with the support ticket tracking system (open, reply, update and close support tickets) and answering inquiries from customers.
- Familiar with hardware troubleshooting (Desktops, Laptops, network printers, conference room equipment, and other IT assets)
- Experienced with Asset Inventory Management / Procedure
