Responsible for cost controlling and adherence to all budget figures.
- Responsible for all stock checks and inventories in the restaurant and ensure that the outlet stocks, operating equipment and supplies are adequately equipped.
- Achieve monthly sales target and report daily sales of the outlet to the office.
- Responsible for outlet staff appraisal and other documents as required.
- Assign job to subordinates and monitor their performance closely.
- Ensure proper training, guidance and motivation is carried out to all staffs.
- Supervise on restaurant staff, interviewing, hiring and training staff and ensure all staffs are adhered on the company policy.
- Provide customers with the highest quality products and excellent services.
- Handle customer complaint and provide solutions.
- Maintain and responsible for restaurant cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness at all time.
- Work closely with chef on daily operation and quality maintaining good customer relationship

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
