**A. Role purpose**
- Maintained all computers, servers and communication lines (internet) for Microlink Solutions Bhd and its subsidiaries companies.
- Perform daily routine data backup on servers
- Provide technical support for OS, D’base, Network and Software to internal users
- Installation and configuration of new computers
- Maintain office internet and intranet services
- Maintain and Administration of ERP system ( WhizibleSEM System )
- Support Finance MYOB and HR Payroll System
- Provide support to external client on Office 365 issues

**B. Principal Accountabilities**
- Giving support and maintenance to internal on hardware and software problems.
- Giving advice to users on the best equipment (hardware and software) to use should they face any technical problems.
- Daily monitoring and data backup for internal and site office
- Responsible for maintaining Domain user accounts.
- Setting up and configuring newly purchased PC for internal and site office
- Always be alert of virus problems and administer effective solutions to overcome the problem.
- Provide 1st Level PC Support to users
- Provide extended support if required
- Act as helpdesk by receiving support call from users
- Site office on-site support when required
- Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly routine jobs as assigned
- Monitor and report any network / server problems.
- Supervise Network, Voip Phone Cabling and installation
- Supervise UPS/Air-cond/CCTV vendor during Maintenance
- Prepare weekly report on activities carried out so that improvement can be suggested by the Superior for shortcomings, if any.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the Superior to achieve departmental and Company objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
