They are a purpose-built collection of industry-leading health, medical, and employment brands. is looking for an **NDIS Compliance Administrator** for their growing team in the Philippines
As a **Compliance Administrator**, you will be responsible for the monitoring and drive compliance with NDIS Practice Standards (and other relevant standards), ensuring that compliance is undertaken to a level that meets external audit requirements, and internal processes and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work on a range of business systems to undertake a series of desktop reviews to ensure that compliance items are being met.
- Checking the quality of case notes
- Ensuring billing is accurate
- Verifying that service agreements, safety screens, and consent are up to date
- Record findings within set time frames.
- Create summary documents within set time frames.
- Escalate identified risks appropriately.
- Adhere to all business policies and procedures.
- Actively engage in safe work practices.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, Medical Administration or Compliance.
- Experience in Disability Support or Healthcare is a bonus
- Experience in health care preferred, not required
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- A demonstrated high level of English written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in use of computers and various programs, including Excel and Outlook
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change
