**Who are we**:
Outsized is a talent marketplace that connects independent/freelance consultants with consulting firms & financial institutions across emerging markets. We have offices across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, India & South Africa.

We are now looking for an Ops & Finance Admin Analyst to support our growth in our SEA & MENA offices.

**Key responsibilities**:
Finance operations
- Monthly payments and invoicing
- Liaison with accountants
- P/L and cashflow reporting
- Payroll co-ordination

Sales operations
- Support sales director with client contract and business development activities
- Scheduling of client/freelancer interviews
- Contracting and on-boarding of freelancers
- Maintain e-filing of key client and freelancer documentation
- Creation and management of agreements/contracts

General operations
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts and payments
- Co-ordination of any events and meetings being undertaken (internal or external)
- On-boarding of new joiners
- At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in an operations/administration role within either a growth company or corporate/consulting environment
- Strong communicator, with proficiency in English
- Highly numerate and comfortable working with numbers
- Detailed orientated with a strong organisational and project management skill set
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook

**Salary**: RM2,534.34 - RM7,337.16 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
