ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE EXECUTIVE

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive

Reports To: Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and results-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate collection of payment from our customers. This position involves managing accounts receivable activities, processing payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.

**Responsibilities**:
Process accounts and incoming payments, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.

Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.

Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to guarantee all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Verify discrepancies and resolve client billing issues effectively.

Facilitate the payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients as needed.

Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.

Research and investigate discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges.

Match payments to invoice numbers or sales orders.

Handle customer inquiries regarding billing issues with professionalism and clarity.

Manage accounts receivable aging and focus on collecting outstanding payment balances.

Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve payment collection efficiency.

Collaborate with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit histories, and develop new or improved repayment terms when necessary.

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or other relevant financial experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.

Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
