Support Centre Specialist

Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions.
- Escalate incidents involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
- Guide Merchant through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
- Collaborate with another department to improve customer service.
- Keep a “high-level view” of the entire support process.
- Build relationships with the customer/merchant and advocate for their needs within the company.
- Complete logs and reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Patient and empathetic attitude
- Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Able to work on operational working hours, weekends or during public holidays.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitask who can quickly adjust priorities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
