_**Responsibilities**:_
- 1._ _FM & Compliances_
- _Act as an escalation point to support the Facilities Team members under the role remit and within region_
- _Respond to reactive maintenance and service escalations from the CXC for technical or practical insight /advice / guidance_
- _Lead direct reports and drive vendor and contractors to perform in a safe and compliant manner, ensuring all minimum standards and compliance requirements are adhered to_
- _Ensure all contractors on site are fully inducted with all risk assessments and BHP, Cushman & Wakefield and Building Management compliance requirements in place prior to commencement of work onsite._
- _Lead direct reports in the management of site facilities operations to ensure the continuity of property services with minimum disruption to the clients’ business operation_
- _Ensure appropriate processes and playbooks are in place, regularly reviewed and all team members are trained_

2. _Financial Management_
- _Raising PO and processing of vendor invoices_
- 3._ _Client Relationship & Service Delivery_
- _Ensure stakeholders are fully informed and consulted with a customer first mindset_
- _Ensures that a world class customer service experience is delivered regardless of interaction type e.g._
- _Face to face or virtual/remote resource depending on client requirement_
- 4._ _Engineering and Asset Management_
- _Ensure the implementation of scheduled routine tasks and preventative maintenance activities_
- _Support the Asset Lifecycle plan annually or as required_
- _Provide input into the Asset & Lifecycle Management plan regarding scheduled routine tasks and preventative maintenance activities to ensure equipment and routine services are delivered in line with compliance obligations and client site requirements_
- 5._ _Supply Chain & Vendor Management_
- _Approves increases to purchase orders after appropriate review and assessment of requests in line with budget and DOA_
- _Ensures compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including pre start risk assessments_
- _Manages the service delivery of local and regional vendors; is directly responsible for the performance of all vendors and suppliers performance in sites under their remit_
- _Provide feedback via appropriate channels / mechanisms on vendor performance and value for money_
- _Supports the procurement activity to deliver efficient and cost-effective service partners._
- _Day to day operational management and coordination of vendor partner base to deliver maintenance works within site / client guidelines including the scheduling of site works for critical / remote sites_
- _Ensures all direct reports and vendors are following record management protocols_
- 6._ _People Management_
- _Manages appropriate workload distribution and priority setting_
- _Ensures the team/s ability to provide the appropriate focus to deliver the best financial and compliance outcomes to the client._
- _Supervises and leads team members with a focus on engagement and high performance by ensuring individual goal setting, development plans and career conversations are in place and updated regularly_
- _Liaises with client and Site Operations Leads to gain feedback on Facilities Management team members’ performance at regular times throughout the year_
- _Ensures that everyone under the role’s leadership has role clarity, the team is operating at optimal capacity and any HR issues are managed in a timely and professional manner_
- 7._ _Others_
- _Proactively review workplace systems / processes to innovate and continuously improve the customer journey and workplace experience_
- _Performs other duties as requested by your direct manager_
- _Provides relief services during leave and overload periods_
- _Development of operational standards / playbooks / operating manuals for all aspects of the client workplace_

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 6 weeks

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
