Customer Service Advisor Permanent Job March Intake

We're looking for customer agent to work with a leading International Bank. The customer service agent is responsible for providing value-added service and administrative support through phone in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner for assigned sales divisions or external customers.
**Locations**:
- Bukit Jalil
**Your responsibilities**:
- Customer Service Agent is represents the brand, the culture, and values of our clients
- How you convey will be how our client is perceived by the customers
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Handle customer’s concerns positively and professionally
- Interact, support, receive feedback/issue report with or for customer service
- Address customer inquiries with high-quality responses, aiming to convert them into loyal customers.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills in English
- Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
- Committed, highly motivated and looking forward to an exciting and rewarding career
- Dedicated, results oriented, positive minded individual striving for positive results
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
