**Responsibilities**:
- Play a supporting role in educating our customers around products and alternative digital banking platforms.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling banking products and services.
**Requirements**:
- SPM, Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in equivalent course.
- Ex Cabin Crews, Service Industry and Public Relation background are highly encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of exposure in Customer Care agenda is a must. **Training will be provided.**:
- Able to work on 24/7 rotational shift.
