HR Assistant

Input, update, and maintain the HR database, ensuring the accuracy of information;
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on-time
- Attending to HR-related inquiries from internal and external personnel;
- Prepare employment contract, monitor the probation process, and confirmation of
employment;
- Maintain staff personal records and database and ensure information is updated
regularly
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human
resource information confidential
- Responsible for staff activities and general support such as coordination for organizing company events and activities.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Any other HR projects/initiatives and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- min Diploma in Business or HR-related studies preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Being proficient in both Mandarin and English is required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
