**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee full spectrum of HR function and strategy including payroll, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Organize and manage employee records
- Assists in the recruitment process
- Addressing employee questions or concerns related to HR policies during onboarding
- Schedule training sessions
- Maintaining employee training records
- Process payroll
- Maintain compliance-related documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and benefits documentation

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
