Job Duties:

- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compiling and updating employee records
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

Job Requirements:

- Experience as an HR Assistant/Admin Assistant
- Good speaking in Mandarin and English, as you will need to liaise with Mandarin and English-speaking parties
- Able to start in short notice

- 5.5 days a week.
