Admin Executive/ Order Processing

**Location**:Kuala Lumpur, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya
- Performing PO receiving and PO acknowledgement to ensure information in a PO aligns with the quote.
- Analyzing customers' forecasts and orders and collaborating with internal teams to load work orders accordingly.
- Managing project documentation, invoice triggering, and monitoring payments.
- Conducting GR/GI activity in SAP and verifying project cost alignment with invoices received from internal and external suppliers.
- Reviewing invoices without POs or GRs and coordinating with the PM, supervisors, and Sourcing.
- Taking charge of project billing and collection status while closely collaborating with the PM, supervisors, and credit control.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration/Management or Finance/Accountancy/Banking
- Internship experience related to the administrative task will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel and SAP is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided.
