Objective:
Provide efficient and effective clerical and administrative support in order to meet the objectives of the company.
The Job:
- Perform any other duties that may be required by the head
- Maintain reports, files, data and records
- To ensure all Licensing, Permit related renewal on timely basis. i.e Petronas, e-mof, CIDB etc.
- Manage administrative work such as maintenance of front office & office equipment, building management services, access door system, register document
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
- At least 1-a year of experience in a related job.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
