- Mengikuti semua prosedur, tatacara komunikasi yang ditetapkan.
- Sentiasa mengekalkan imej professional dan mesra pelanggan ketika berurusan tidak kira secara telefon, emel, surat atau bersemuka.
- Mengendalikan aduan pelanggan dan mengumpulkan maklum balas dari pelanggan untuk peningkatan perkhidmatan.
- Menyusun data untuk tujuan pelaporan mengenai hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan pelanggan, aduan, pertanyaan dan lain-lain.
- Menyediakan maklumat produk/perkhidmatan kepada pelanggan dengan menggunakan kaedah yang bersesuaian.
- Memastikan penglibatan di dalam setiap aktiviti syarikat terutamanya yang melibatkan khidmat pelanggan.

Lain-lain:

- Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.
- Senarai di atas adalah tidak terhad dan majikan mempunyai hak untuk menambah atau mengurangkan huraian kerja di atas dari masa ke semasa.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
