- Monitor and maintain the inventories of supplies and materials to ensure sufficient supplies for the smooth operations of the department.
- Coordinate, manage, and organise activities, meetings, and various events for relevant stakeholders to ensure all engagements and activities run smoothly.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in general admin duties, documentation, and classifying documents.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Minimum SPM with credit in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mathematics.
- Diploma in Office Management or other relevant qualification is preferred.

**LANGUAGES AND SKILLS**:

- Good written and verbal communication in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

**Job Type**: Contract
