Personal Assistant to Director

Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete deliverables with a hands-on approach.
- Research, and follow up on incoming issues, handle matters expeditiously, and follow-through on tasks to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks.
- Making travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and household matters.
- Able to conduct research on behalf, perform personal shopping and run errands.
- Have experience in handling residential or commercial property construction/renovation work.
- Have experience in managing private events.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as assigned by Superior.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
