- Provide first level contact and resolve customer issues
- Diagnose and resolve software issues
- Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Walk customers through problem solving process
- Ensure customer enquiries are followed up promptly
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure****

**We are looking for someone with.**
- Experience in customer / helpdesk support is a PLUS
- Experience within IT Services / IT Consulting is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to RM3,600.00 per month
