The Flexim Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring the business continuity and organic growth profile of Flexim and realizing the commercial alliances of integrating the Flexim offering into the Emerson go-to-market strategy. This role will integrate Flexim into all the commercial and adjacent functions of Emerson, including marketing, sales, training, sales enablement, third-party channels, legal, and finance, to meet the sales commitments required to achieve the board plan. You will have direct leadership for Flexim sales resources in Asia and the associated third party channel.

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Lead all actions related to the integration process in Asia and support all the integration task with the distributed team
- Guide the Flexim team in navigating the Emerson organization
- Coordinate with local finance and HR
- Coordinate the interaction with Emerson country leadership Globally
- Define the mid-term go-to-market strategy for Flexim products in Asia
- Lead the sales channel integration process
- Evaluate and lead the third-party distribution network
- Coordinate the Flexim Country BU leaders and establish a business cadence
- Ensure visibility and follow-up of financial results
- Coordinate the inclusion of Flexim in Asia Sales training, various marketing and business development initiatives
- Ensure the countries are accurately supported to implement the business strategy
- Encourage the sales teams and colleagues with outstanding leadership, a positive outlook, and a winning mentality.
- Collaborate closely with operations, order management, project execution, and service teams to ensure the appropriate delivery and support for the business in the industry vertical and work to improve customer satisfaction.
- Observe and align with the Business Ethics and Safety standards stipulated by Emerson.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Engage with the Flexim team to coordinate and integrate training and marketing programs within the Emerson framework.
- Participate in customer development activities such as trade shows, Industry fairs & conferences aspiring to promote the sale of products, solutions, and services of Measurement Solutions and, in particular, the advantages of a fully coordinated flow measurement portfolio.
- Collaborate with other business units to tap into connections within accounts.
- Experience in acquisition integration in the business development and sales function
- Sales management background with validated experience in selling automation products.
- Excellent persuasion skills and ability to connect with all levels of the organization.
- Results-driven demeanor
- Outstanding resilience
- Comfortable with change and able to succeed in contexts of uncertainty and complexity. Willingness to travel (50% of time).

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:
Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
