Responsibilities:

- Formulate, and execute the sales strategy across both client acquisition and retention.
- Drive continuous improvements on the sales teams’ understanding of our key customer segments.
- Ensure that our product remains competitive within the market.
- Ensure that sales targets are met by tracking and driving performance metrics and KPIs across the sales team.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, training and monitoring of quality salespersons to ensure that the capability of the sales team is sufficient to meet business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 4 - 6 years experience managing a high performing sales team
- Experience within the logistics or international imports industry a plus
- Proven track record of managing large sales pipelines and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in hiring, coaching, and managing high performing sales employees
- Proven track record of success in high-pressure environments, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change
- Ability to develop sales partnerships for all tiers of customers, but preferably partnerships with enterprise or big customers accounts
- Excellent communication, leadership, sales training skills.
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills. Must be comfortable working with large data sets.
- Proficiency in English highly preferred
- Logistics and freight experience is a plus.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
