HR Assistant

**I. KEY TASKS**
- Update foreign workers matters.
- Prepare FOMEMA form, bring workers to clinic, update FOMEMA result.
- Bank in cheque, remittance form.
- Bring workers to bank to open bank account, replace bank card.
- Prepare and update payroll team for SPIKPHA deduction.
- To arrange hostel for foreign workers and ensure the foreign workers’ hostel are well maintained.
- Verify on foreign workers document.
- Liaise with insurance agent on IG, SPIKPHA and SPPA matters.
- Go to respective embassy for passport renewal.
- Bring workers to clinic/hospital.
- Sport check workers’ hostels.
- Report police for those run away, go police station to settle foreign worker matter.
- Arrange air ticket / taxi for those foreign workers who are on home leave or end contract.
- Assist admin department for license and document submission.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Superior from time to time
**II. JOB REQUIREMENT**
- At least 1 years’ experience in foreign workers matter and procedure.
- Able to identify and intervene in problem areas, well-developed problem-solving skills.
- Good at road direction and willing to travel.
- Computer literate and good in coordination.Required skill(s): Microsoft Office,MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MYEG, FWCMS, ePPAX,FOMEMA
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
